DMCA & Copyright

Last updated: June 2026

SafePornExpert respects intellectual property rights. This page explains our policy on copyright claims and how to submit a DMCA takedown notice if you believe your work appears on this site without authorization.

What Images We Use

The images on SafePornExpert are interface screenshots taken from the public-facing pages (tour pages, join pages, homepages) of the adult sites we review. We capture these screenshots ourselves using a browser. They are used to illustrate the look and feel of the site being reviewed, for commentary and criticism purposes under fair use. We do not host explicit content from behind paywalls, we do not embed video, and we do not reproduce full-resolution content from those sites.

If you are a rights holder and believe a specific image on our site infringes your copyright, please follow the notice process below.

Submitting a Takedown Notice

Send a written notice to dmca@safepornexpert.com with all of the following:

  • Identification of the copyrighted work you claim has been infringed (or a representative list if multiple works are at issue).
  • The exact URL on SafePornExpert where the allegedly infringing material appears.
  • Your contact information: name, address, telephone number, and email address.
  • A statement that you have a good-faith belief that use of the material in the manner complained of is not authorized by the copyright owner, its agent, or the law.
  • A statement that the information in the notice is accurate and, under penalty of perjury, that you are the copyright owner or authorized to act on behalf of the owner.
  • Your physical or electronic signature.

Notices that are missing required elements may not be acted upon. Fraudulent or bad-faith notices may expose you to liability under 17 U.S.C. 512(f).

Our Response

We will review complete notices promptly and, if the claim appears valid, remove or disable access to the identified material. We will notify the person who posted the material (if any) that it has been removed.

Counter-Notices

If you believe material was removed due to mistake or misidentification, you may submit a counter-notice to dmca@safepornexpert.com including: identification of the material removed and the URL where it appeared; your contact details; a statement under penalty of perjury that you have a good-faith belief the material was removed due to mistake or misidentification; and your consent to the jurisdiction of the federal court in your district. If we receive a valid counter-notice, we may restore the material after 10 business days unless the claimant files a court action.

Repeat Infringers

In appropriate circumstances, we will terminate the accounts or access of users who are repeat infringers. As this site does not have user accounts, this applies to any contributors or collaborators associated with infringing submissions.
